Automatic Sorting Glass System

The equipment is equipped with a circulating water system. There are two water tanks for water inlet and post-cleaning water, so that the circulating water can maintain the required cleanliness. The circulating water can clean the glass once to complete the cleaning requirements.

Product introduction:

The vertical film sorting cage includes a film feeding table, a vertical measuring table, a film sorting storage cage, and a film discharging table arranged along the direction of glass conveying. Through the coordination of various components, a series of processes such as glass specification measurement, classified storage, and on-demand retrieval are completed. The glass in the processing process is inspected by the vertical inspection table. The glass is stored in the corresponding grid rack according to the system requirements. The system takes out the glass in sequence for subsequent processing according to the process requirements.
