The glass cutting machine:

The working principle of the cutting machine is to transport the cut glass from the conveyor belt to the worktable, and automatically record the position of the glass 

through the photoelectric scanning system. Then, the cutting head with diamond wheel on the toolbox is controlled by the program to move along the X and Y directions

respectively, cutting the substrate. The control part of the machine adopts a CNC motion controller, and the drive part applies advanced servo motors.

Fully automatic cutting machine adopts industry-leading servo direct drive structure, combined with high-quality linear guide rail, stable and reliable    performance, and long service life.

 The cutting beam adopts industrial aluminumintegrated beam, which is extruded by a large extruder and then subjected to aging treatment to increase strength. After being 

processed by a large gantry machining   center, the accuracy of the equipment is greatly improved.

The cutting bridge adopts a dual drive system, with high diagonal accuracy and easy adjustment. Accurate diagonals are the foundation for smooth edge grinding and

processing in the subsequent sequence.
