The glass cleaning machine is suitable for cleaning and drying electronics, home appliances, optical glass or lenses.

The equipment is equipped with a continuously variable transmission, which can adjust the cleaning speed arbitrarily. The transmission part is controlled by a speed-regulating motor, which can adjust the glass transmission speed according to process requirements to achieve stepless speed regulation; the equipment is designed to be driven by dense rollers and has a large processing area. When cleaning, place the glass or lens on the horizontal conveyor roller, pass through the feeding section, the first cleaning section, the second cleaning section, the water absorption section, the drying section, and reach the discharging section.

The cleaning part adopts a transmission method combining gears and chains, and is equipped with a considerable number of cleaning brushes and absorbent sponge sticks to ensure the degree of cleanliness; according to the different thicknesses of the glass, the positions of the cleaning brushes and absorbent sponges can be adjusted up and down, and the glass can be cleaned at the appropriate position. The post-cleaning section is equipped with an exhaust device. The drying and heating box is equipped with a heating rod and a fan for air supply. The temperature controller can adjust the temperature. The temperature range is 20-80 degrees Celsius, and it is dried by a fan.

The equipment is equipped with a circulating water system. There are two water tanks for water inlet and post-cleaning water, so that the circulating water can maintain the required cleanliness. The circulating water can clean the glass once to complete the cleaning requirements.
